Wife of the Vice President of Nigeria, Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo has commended Airtel Nigeria for its commitment and impact made in the last four years through its Touching Lives intervention.
Speaking at the season four premiere of Airtel Touching Lives, Mrs. Osinbajo stated that she had followed the CSR initiative with keen interest having attended the premiere of the previous edition.
“Remembering the previous edition of Airtel Touching Lives, seeing how the families and individuals were touched brought great joy to me”, she said enthusiastically.
Commending the telco for its unflinching dedication towards the improvement of the standard of living and well-being of Nigerian, Mrs. Osinabjo said Airtel is adding value to the lives of Nigerians and she looks forward to watching the episodes on television.
“I celebrate Airtel’s commitment to adding value and I also congratulate them for this year’s edition which would undoubtedly affect more lives in a remarkable way… I look forward to watching the episodes, I look forward to hearing the stories of those who need help, that have found help, I look forward to it been an encouragement for all of us that can share to help those that need”, she added.
Airtel Touching Lives is the flagship CSR initiative of the company, designed to uplift the needy and offer life-changing opportunities for underprivileged individuals, communities and groups across the country.
The season four of the initiative was premiered in Lagos on Sunday, June 3, 2018 and will be aired on television from Sunday, June 10th.
According to Airtel, Africa Magic Urban will broadcast the first episode of the new season from 6:30pm–7:00pm on Sunday. Immediately after that, the same episode will be shown on Arewa 24 TV from Sunday 7:00pm-7:30pm and later on Africa Magic Family from 8:00pm-8:30pm.
A repeat of the first episode would be broadcasted on Africa Magic Urban on Wednesday, 13th June 2018, from 10:00am – 10:30am and on Africa Magic Family from 9:00am – 9:30am on Saturday, 16th June 2018.
